On April 10, 11 and 12, 2019, we participated in Wrocklaw (Poland), in the third meeting of the CASTLE project “New employability skills and business creation in the audio-description and subtitling sector” (accessibleculture.eu), co-funded by the European Erasmus Plus program, in which Gestiona Global participates as external assistance for AUDIOSIGNO project partner
CASTLE involves five countries (Italy, Spain, Slovenia, Poland an UK), with a double objective:
- Increase the basic business skills of artists/ cultural operators who work as audio descriptors/ subtitlers
- Develop practical tools to support cultural artists /operators to start and manage their own business
The achievement of these objectives is carried out through targeted training workshops, identification of innovative results, events and transnational meetings. All with the goal in order to guarantee equal access to cultural activities for people with visual and hearing disabilities.
During the three days of the meeting, we have put in common and analyzed the progress of the actions of the project
